I asked and he showed me several interactive learning toys as well. He had his cute doggo behind the counter (well behaved) it must be so nice being able to bring your dog to work with you! They had many dog toys to choose from and they seemed much higher quality than the toys at Petco/Petsmart. The store was very clean and didn't feel gross, overlit, and corporate like the more well known stores.

When asked why this was happening the cashier had no clue and called over the shift manager. She couldn't figure anything out either as it wouldn't even register the bag I was buying at the time. Then proceeded to get very rude and gave no answers or offerings of help at all. So I called corporate myself they said this should have never happened but that the district manager would have to call me. A whole week & a 1/2 later no call from anyone. I will be purchasing my $75 dog food from another company delivered to my door and I won't even have to go get it. As clearly this company cares zero about customer service.
