The package says it will cover ear cleaning and not plucking. He has scabs in his ears that are crusted over. They nicked the inside of the other ear with something that has caused a blood blister to grow. I called and spoke to the groomer she told me that he had a lot of hair in the ear so she pulled it out. I said it should not have been done that aggressively. She transferred me to the manager, Tonya. Tonya proceeded to scream at me and cut me off every time I tried to explain the situation. She told me they did not pluck his ears. Even though the groomer I just spoke to that actually worked on him said that she did. Tonya also said there was so much hair that it honestly should have been handled by a vet. And I totally agree. So why would they try to address it themselves. I have been a faithful customer and referred many people to their grooming department. But the unprofessionalism was wild with the manager of this location.

Really worried about a ball python that is currently there…read more The temp was at 100°, it had low humidity, the wrong bedding, and the baby ball python went through a really bad shed leaving dried flaky scales throughout the body and leaving eye caps on the eyes. At $90 for a standard ball python you can buy for $25 I'm afraid no one will buy it before it dies or becomes severely dehydrated / sick. I would buy it myself but I have 4 and can not take anymore in. Please fine tune your husbandry if you are going to sell these amazing animals!

I booked an appointment, a little nervous that Suzy may not be treated too well because of the negative stereotypes concerning her breed. However, Kate at this location met her with kindness and was so incredibly sweet to our baby. We left and came back about an hour and a half later to a happy, clean and smiling Suzy! She was not nervous at all and clearly had been treated well in our absence. We loved our experience and will definitely be using this groomers in the future. :)

While I have been a loyal client for quite some time, the experience has become increasingly difficult. The frequent requirement for prior veterinary clearance, combined with the mandatory 24 hour waiting period, routinely disrupts our schedule and results in unnecessary rescheduling fees and inconvenience. Furthermore, I was recently informed that I would be assessed an additional $10 per dog totaling an extra $20 for "extra care" simply because their appointments were scheduled at different times (7:00 AM and 12:30 PM), requiring them to wait in kennels. The accumulation of these fees and administrative hurdles has made this service unsustainable for my family. Consequently, I have decided to take my business elsewhere moving forward.
