this wasnt my idea, i got dragged along by a couple of friends. nah, im just kidding, i was at my…read morefriends store opening (orphelin at 5th and passyunk, go ) and some folks were drinking outside, it was first friday also. then triple x ( think vin deisel ) rolled up on his mountain bike, took all of our i.d.s and called for PADDY WAGONS! soooo... we were all handcuffed, and driven to 10th and south where we were rehandcuffed to the railing and arrested for open containers, even though some of us didnt even have beers, we were just outside at the wrong time. most of the officers were pretty nice and even laughed at our jokes. at court this past monday, i plead not guilty, i'll review the courthouse in august when my trial is, and let you all know how things went. till then beware officer william gress he will arrest you for assault if he sees you giving someone the heimlich manuever. p.s. comfy chairs and some kind of made for t.v. killer drama on with lots of bones and some blood. relaxed and entertained, that was me alright.

He was standing on the front step with a Hoegaarden and they bum rushed him and zip tied his hands and threw him in a paddywagon. It was a first friday opening. He fought the ticket/community service that they gave him, and won. The judge threw it out and chastised the police officers for arresting out of towners who we are trying to ATTRACT here with our cultural events...not ARREST them... Absolutely ridiculous.

He then waited for us to get gas and return back on the road before departing from us. Thank you officer and the district for employing such a caring individual. I've been here on various occasionsand it's the worst police district. You walk in there and it's…read morelike they're having a party, not working. They hold you off just because they're cops and are expected not to be liked. After calling them to report a stolen phone, they told me to call 911. I called and was told an officer would call me back. 20 minutes go by with no call back and I call 911. They tell me I have to wait longer than that and they cant tell me how long it will take. Immediately after I get a phone call. They tell me to come down to the station because it's not an emergency. But y'all told me to call 911? I go to the district and they of course don't help. About a week ago, a woman screaming on 16th street was reported to the district. Police responded (probably an hour later) to a sound block and no signs of suspicion. The next day, it was found out she was killed on that very same block the call was made. Whatever your situation is, these cops won't take you seriously. You're better off handling the issue yourself. Don't rely on them even as you take your last breathes.
