My friends and I went to make a purchase and were denied due to one person in the car not having their ID on them, even though the Texas TABC regulations state that only the buyer needs to produce a valid government ID. Not wanting to make it a big deal, I left and came back by myself only to be denied my purchase once again. From the official Texas TABC website: (see photo attached).
