Late post from 3/2023 since things have been so hectic busy... Melanie and her team were phenomenal from start to finish. Very punctual, thorough, and the place looked brand new again. We had renters in one of our units for abt 3 months. It was newly renovated and with new appliances. When they left, the place was in disarray with dirty furniture left behind and dog or possibly human fences caked to the floors in several rooms of the home. Melanie and her team were excellent!!! I have before pictures of what it looked like and how it looked after they did a very thorough cleaning and disinfection of the place. Thank you again Melanie and team for saving our home. They are a group of hard working people, dependable, professional, humble (this is such a big thing in service industry), friendly & they have a happy vibe! The price is reasonable as well. They were able to scrub away the scums, the stains and scuds of our kitchen and toilet. They swept away all the dusts in our home seen & unseen. Our windows got cleaned as well. I hired just to get a good deep cleaning in the bathrooms since mold is so quick to become a thing here. They cleaned so much dust collected under the windows since I leave them open most of the day and did some dishes in the sink that I wasn't expecting them to do. They dusted all the shelves and the floors were very clean after. Toilets were perfect, and even though I'm somewhat opposed to baths, I felt it was clean enough to actually indulge it a bath after I got home to the house. Melanie and her team were so thorough and my rental was left looking like no one had even lived there - perfect! They did everything - cleaned every surface. The blinds were completely dust free. The place smelled amazingly clean too. Melanie was very responsive to my initial request and my subsequent texts to ensure my appointment was still on the books and that they were going to be on schedule. I needed a cleaning company to help me really clean my apartment that I've been renting for about two years. I have a cat so there were fur balls in every crevice you can think of. After reaching out to several companies for quotes, she was the first to respond and the first to meet our request to come see the house before giving an estimate. We were in a very tricky and unique situation (moved into a new house that hadn't been cleaned after the previous tenants were evicted, landlord wasn't taking action, long long story) and wanted to make sure whoever we hired knew exactly what we were looking for. Melanie and her crew did a deep and standard clean for a senior age resident who needed assistance in a small 3 bedroom unit. Kitchen needed a deep clean to remove grease especially on appliances. Oven totally cleaned like brand new. Refrigerator doors totally spotless. Cabinet doors top down degreased. Master bath walk in shower spotless. Melanie responded quickly and gave a favorable and lowered negotiable fee that was within the owner's budget. This owner is affordable and professional. The appointment within a few days after initial home visit and all tasks requested by other family assisting owner were completed very well. The day before staging and photography and videography for selling the house my original cleaner no called/no showed me so I called everyone and Melanie was the only one who could help. I love this company! They came to the rescue when we were left in a lurch when a different cleaning company no-showed and no-called. We have a couple rental units and have been acquainted with several cleaning services before. Most are mediocre and I don't expect a great job. Today we scheduled a cleaning service for a move out clean, but the company we went did not show at the scheduled time and ghosted us. We were in a jam because the new tenants were supposed to move in later that day. So we scrambled and contacted 2C's. Thankfully 2C's replied quickly and we were able to same day schedule with them. I called many cleaning companies, but they all did not respond to me right away. Some, I waited the next day and the others 2-3 days later to get back to me. Then they all wanted pictures of my unit for them to give me quotation. 2C's Cover Cleaning Services answered my call right away and even suggested that she wants to see my unit first before she gave me an accurate quotation, which is what I prefer anyway. I like that in a business: answers call right away or return calls immediately and give me quotation based on site inspection, not pictures.
