The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.

First, Armando and Michelle are excellent people to work with, and, I think above all, genuine - they don't put on any sort of commercialized song and dance, instead they show up and tell you what they think needs to be done, and then offer you a great price to do it (we are talking half the price of the commercialized folks, in total they were the lowest out of 4 bids). And to be completely honest: Yes there are some times when they are a bit optimistic about timing (and yes they like to take the weekend off, like normal human beings) and yes, if they discover something wrong along the way (like a rotted beam) they will have to adjust the price - but I did not deduct a star from their rating because this is the world of contracting, not starbucks, and they must be rightfully compared to their peers. Paul Mitchell, owner of Hill Country Waterproofing gave a 5 year written warranty for no leaks. There were leaks after the first rain in June 2021 and numerous leaks since then, causing serious damage and warping to the new ceiling panels below. Leaks were reported each time in writing and by text message and rarely acknowledged, with 2 workers sent a few times who applied some sealants that never repaired the leaks. After the most recent leak we reported last month, we received a brief email from Valorie Mitchell that Hill Country Leak Repair was no longer in business. There was no mention of any intention to make repairs or to honor their warranty through another contractor. Now we will be faced with $thousands of new expense to repair their faulty workmanship. Buyer beware if you hire their company under its next name.
