I needed them to Cerakote the slide, cut a notch in my grip module for the safety fit, add a trigger, and switch the mag release from the left side to the right. The communication was awful--multiple times I was told different pick-up dates, and they kept pushing it back without any clear updates. On top of that, they lied about the status of my firearm. They told me it was basically done, just needed to be put back together. But when I came in, they were still working on cutting the grip--so it actually wasn't close to being done at all. The lack of transparency was really upsetting. However, I will say, the only reason I'm not giving this a one-star review is that the gun actually came out really well--the Cerakote was nice, and the cutting done to my grip was done very well.

I got a quick reply with some quotes and set up an appointment to drop off the frame. I was told stippling will be done within two weeks (unlike some other places that told me 4-6 weeks). After ten days I pickup up the frame. Very happy with the work, pricing is fair, and turnaround is quick.
