Update- 3 Days sent an installer out to change out the break away pieces on my faulty blinds. He replaced the pieces explained to me how they work left me with 2 additional pieces. We discussed how heavy these 2 blinds are and he agreed that the weight of the blind MAY cause problems with the break away piece moving forward. We put the blinds up-and-down several times without any problem. For now they seem to be working fine my only concern is that we will consistently have to be replacing these break away pieces. I appreciate 3 Day blinds taking the time to send the installer to talk to me about my issue. The installer was knowledgeable and very helpful. I don't know if this will fix our issue permanently or if this will continue to be a concern. I would like to suggest to 3 day blinds that when they sell a large heavy blind they suggest to the purchaser that the continuous cord may be a better option. Our blinds look great and hopefully will continue to function well in the coming years. read more

I contracted this company to install my blinds back in September 2025, and to this day, my problem remains unresolved. I have filed countless complaints and sent photos--which I am attaching here--showing that the installation was shoddy, looking like the work of a complete novice rather than the quality work they advertise. I have been trying to resolve this issue ever since. There is an outstanding balance of $3,834.11 that I refuse to pay because the work performed was not what was promised. I even offered them the option to simply remove the blinds and refund my money--taking away their poor-quality work so I wouldn't have to pay the remaining balance--especially since I had to pay out of pocket for curtains just to cover the gaps that were exposing my privacy to the outside. I have been negatively affected in several ways by this terrible workmanship: I have no privacy in my bedroom because people outside can see in, and I've had to spend money on curtains to mask their poor installation. Yet, they still want me to pay that $3,834.11 As I told them: either come remove the shoddy work and materials--leaving my walls exactly as you found them--or zero out the balance. To make matters worse, no one has contacted me about this issue since April, yet yesterday I received a call from a pre-collections agency; on top of everything else, they are going to damage my credit rating because of the terrible job this company did. read more

Our experience with 3 Day Blinds has been deeply disappointing and has reached the point where we have halted our project entirely until the company addresses a significant issue that was created during the sales process. When we met with our sales representative, we believed we were receiving a quote for the complete scope of window treatments discussed during our consultation. Based on that understanding, we made the decision to move forward with 3 Day Blinds. Only after reviewing the final paperwork did we discover that the blinds for our dining room had been completely omitted from the quote and order. This was not a minor oversight. The omission fundamentally changed the value proposition of the entire project. Had we known the dining room blinds were excluded, we would have reevaluated our decision, compared other providers, and potentially selected a different company altogether. The most frustrating part is that we have not even reached the installation stage. We have refused to move forward with installation until this matter is resolved because we do not believe the contract accurately reflects what was discussed and sold during the consultation. To resolve the issue, we proposed what we believed was a fair and reasonable compromise: provide the omitted dining room blinds at cost and waive the installation fee for those blinds. We were not asking for anything free. We were simply looking for a solution that acknowledged the error and preserved the value proposition that led us to choose 3 Day Blinds in the first place. Instead, we have been met with slow responses, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Multiple follow ups with our sales representative, Christian, have failed to produce a meaningful resolution. Escalation to his District Sales Manager has yielded no acceptable response. Outreach to the corporate office has been equally disappointing. At this point, the issue is no longer just the missing blinds. The larger issue is the apparent unwillingness of 3 Day Blinds to address a legitimate customer concern in a timely and professional manner. A premium company should stand behind its sales process, own its mistakes, and work proactively to resolve issues before they escalate. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. If you are considering 3 Day Blinds, review every line item of your quote with extreme care before signing anything. An omission can dramatically change the overall cost and value of your project, and based on our experience, obtaining a resolution afterward may prove far more difficult than it should be. We remain hopeful that someone within the organization will finally take ownership of this issue, but until then, our project remains on hold. read more

We bought four window treatments three of which were motorized roughly at a cost of $5,000 . As always the sales lady was great and promised all types of things . When the installer came he was in a hurry and seemed to be rather put out that he was there putting our blinds up and never bother to even show us how to use things or how to control the remotes or how to pair the devices . We are very disappointed with our blinds. My biggest complaint is that they claim that you will only need to charge them about once a year. Not true. Ours need a charge about every 1-2 months. And, it is extremely difficult to charge them. You have to attach the cord in an odd location (i have to get a ladder out to reach it) and hope that it stays attached for the 5-hour charge! The charging port is on the opposite side of the headrail and is not easily reached or even visible. And then there is a long cord hanging from the blinds while they charge. You'd think for the amount of money that these cost it wouldn't be this much work and they don't even look that great. Not worth it! read more

The only thing that occurred in 3 days was the setup of the appointment. After that it was all downhill starting with William being 45 minutes late. Once the contract was signed, William never communicated with us again regarding our install. He also lied and said 3 Day Blinds fabricates and installs all their own stuff, except for plantation shutters. Neither is true. Our contract was signed 1/18 and on 1/25 I received a letter stating the blinds were expected no later than 3/16. Three Day Blinds has been BY FAR the worst vendor I have ever worked with...and we move every couple years so I have been through NUMEROUS builds and remodels. William, in sales, seemed knowledgeable & returned to correct his error on the estimate, leaving off one shade. The following week they measured. 3 1/2 weeks later, installation was scheduled. After attempting to install 4 of the 9 shades, it turned out the problem was the shades were the wrong size. The installer spent about 30 minutes on the phone then remeasured. He said he would submit the report & expedite the shades. They were supposed to be ready to install in a week. It's been a week & they are waiting for approval of a supervisor. Deceptively, they did not explain that if you used their 0-interest financing, they are paid when you order. They were paid 5 weeks ago. We are "waiting for approval". i am now stuck with paying for these awful blinds so i don't recommend this company . the blinds i had in the house were of better quality, actually keeping the sun out and closing at the bottom slat. they were only $30 each at j c penney, and my husband installed them himself. i should not have let them take them away , because i would have put them back up . i am disappointed that with all the bad reviews i read today that anji would even allow this company on the site. i left a review stating my displeasure, but no one contacted me to make things right. read more

The timeframe for manufacturing the blinds was much greater than expected. Once the blinds were produced, the installation was scheduled according to my needs. However, after installer left I noticed there is a gap above the valance of each window. I can see sunlight through the gaps. I reported this and a few other minor concerns to 3DB in the post-installation survey that they sent via email, but I have never heard back from them. I would not personally use 3DB again or refer them to any of the neighbors in my new home community. read more

The blinds arrived in 10 days, not 3. We joked that they should just update the company name to 'whenever we can blinds'. Install went fairly well; within a few months, we had to have their tech out again to adjust the blinds in one bedroom. The cord on one of the patio doors broke; I called to have it repaired under the warranty and was told that the part would be covered but it would be $89 to have it fixed by the tech. Not gonna happen. I told them to just ship the cord and we would do the repair as its very simple. Then I was told that the shipping would be $13.95. Yup, no charge for the part but if we had the tech do it plus shipping it would be over $100. Below average quality but I did not want Hunter Douglas price for a vacation condo. Beware!!! Ordered 4 roller blinds and 1 sheer shade. All 5 came in wrong. When installer left, my contract was changed to a higher amount without being informed. Company used electronic signature for a new contract which was not authorized. I have been charged a higher amount to my credit card for full payment and I have nothing. In October 2023 my husband and I ordered 2 sets of vertical blinds to be installed in our St. Petersburg, FL condo. The representative came out and took the measurements and placed the order. At that time, we had to pay a deposit totaling more than half of the total for our order. Since we live in Massachusetts, we arranged to have the blinds installed the first week in January 2024. The installer arrived on the appointed date in installed one set of blinds in a bedroom. When he went to install the second set, we discovered that the blinds had not been made correctly by the company. We had to call Customer Service and have them place a rush order for the correct blinds. The order was placed and we were assured that the blinds would be correct and ready for installation before the end of January. The second order came in and it was again made incorrectly. I spent a total of 6 1/2 hours on the Customer Service line with 3 Day Blinds between January 4th and January 30th trying to get anyone to correct the problem and send us the correct product. On January 26th I had a telephone conversation with a Customer Care Team Lead Supervisor. She said she would call me back that same day. The company was very sorry for the inconvenience we were having and she would contact me about compensation after the blinds were delivered. She told me she was going to take care of the problem. She also emailed me to confirm our telephone conversation of January 26. I never heard from her again and when I called back was told she was in a meeting/ unavailable. Another customer service agent even told me the Customer Care Team Lead Supervisor wasn't working on January 26th when I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with her. Today is Feb. 20th 2024. The blinds were finally installed today. I had to inconvenience my tenants and pay my property manager a fee to be there when they were installed. I would tell anyone who considers dealing with 3 Day Blinds to run away! They do not follow up when there is a problem, they tell you anything to get you off the phone, and you can wait hours on the phone to reach anyone (except sales...they answer right away!). This was an extremely stressful experience. I know that we will never see a dime of compensation from them. They will never reach out to us! read more

The guy from Provision who does the final measurements was extremely rude and unprofessional (even forgot his measuring tape!). Even at buy one get one 50% off they were extremely expensive. The 'designer' who comes to your house with the swatches and measures your windows was very keen to sell us some blinds as she makes a commission but when I asked if we could add one more blind she never got back to us despite various attempts to contact her over 2 weeks. The blinds may turn out great but so far not worth the price nor the hassle. Would buy them online at 1/3 the price in hindsight. read more

I purchased and had installed 3 sets of motorized blinds from 3 day blinds less than a year ago. When trying to charge one set of motorized blinds the charging port does not work at all. When I called customer service to ask for assistance I was told that even though they are less than a year old I am going to have to pay for someone to come out and check what is wrong. When looking at the other set of motorized blinds I learned that the installer put the charging port where I cannot even access the charging ports. I am a current unsatisfied customer of the company. I have made numerous phone calls, no less than 20 to there 800 number with little to no success to resolve my issues completely. Every time I call the 800 number I go to voice mail, and unless I call numerous times and send emails I get no response. Moved into a new house and ordered blackout blinds for all windows as I didn't want any light coming into our bedrooms in the morning. They are not blackout so 3 day blinds recommended we put their shades behind the blinds at an additional cost which we did. In the two years at our house, the shades broke, the cords holding the blinds frayed so we couldn't pull them up or down, and another blind track broke. All in all we have had service repair people come out to fix or take back to their office to repair five times in two years at a cost of $89 each time they come out to repair. They are guaranteed for life but you pay $89 for each time they come out to fix. Would not recommend and will never use them again. read more

More like 3 Month Nightmare. The quality of the shades is good, but the service is absolutely horrendous. My wife and I were supposed to have 8 shades installed for our home, and when they came to install, three of them were not measured correctly. One wasn't big enough, and two were measured "wall-to-wall" and not "baseboard-to-baseboard," so they don't reach all the way to the floor. Fast forward two months later, we've had 4 total remeasuing appointments, tried to reach our design consultant (Debbie, who has completed ghosted us), and tried to work through a manager (Candice, who always promises us that she'll call us back and never does) - and we're still missing one of the windows, and the other two have still not been fixed. 3DB was happy to take our final full payment and not bother to finish the job. If you can actually get your order right, the final result is nice, but the service is horrible. An installer has come three times to install the shade for the window that still needs one, and it's been the wrong size every time. It's actually becoming laughable. We're beginning to believe this job will never be completed, and actually considering disputing the charge with AMEX to try to get our money back. Each of the installers have been kind enough and sympathetic, but the management is totally clueless. When I called on the 18 th I was given three different excuses for why they were not ready. After 2 more weeks the installer came and hung the drapes but could not complete the job because he was missing screws for the hardware.
