I contacted them to ask if they would be ale to move the recliner chair my Nan purchased from them 11 years ago to another property. They made arrangements and did it the same day. The staff who came out to move the chair were pleasant, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made no charge for moving the chair, as we had purchased it from them. Brilliant, helpful and friendly service!

We bought the Oceans Republic garden furniture set from DFS (Hanley). We're happy with sofa set…read morebut are seriously disappointed with after sales service provided by DFS. The sofa came with a "weather proof" cover that did not fit. A DFS representative came to examine the cover and agreed it did not fit. A new cover was ordered and arrived two months after. This cover had an even poorer fit i.e. way too large and therefore a hazard in bad weather conditions. The DFS representative again agreed that it did not fit. We received a phonecall a few days later and were told DFS would not be taking it any further despite that fact we were still without a fitting cover. Their final solution was to put heavy items on top of a £1400 sofa to keep an ill fitting cover down. Need we say more?!!!
