However, I decided that I needed to make my own opinion of this person. I'm happy that I did! He was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help us (and even got us a better rate than the bank was offering!). He worked with us every step of the way, kept us informed and delivered on the date specified (even though I didn't believe him as it was quicker than expected). When i called he was either available or would call back right away. With all this said, I referred someone else to him and he delivered the same professional and timely manner that he had given to us. (they even thanked me for referring him to them). Well it was tall order yet David managed to deliver. he showed us very house, answered very question whether it was in person, or by text or email in the evening. David truly guided us through city of Moncton and Town of Riverview and in the end of two day's he actually found us and secured our dream home.
