My family and I eat here often, their portions are HUGE. My favorite noodle is the spicy and sour fish noodle, my kids like the beef noodle soup. The shredded tofu is our favorite appetizer. Amazingly built establishment. I loved every single dish that we ordered. The appetizer combo was fairly priced and the portions were giant. I did not expect a plate full sides stuffed next to each other, was a bit messy at first but overall the taste of everything was refreshing. We ordered the seaweed salad, the bean curd salad, and the spicy pig ears. The dish that I ordered was the spicy Szechuan noodles which blew me away. The consistency of the noodles and the beef slices were exceptional. The bok choy was also very well prepared and added a nice crunch texture. This is also a sauced dish (although my initial thought was that I was going to be a soup) which to me didn't matter. The chili oil was very well prepared and flavor packed. Not only that, the portions were enormous. Some other dishes we ordered were the braised beef noodle soup which was hearty, rich, and comforting. We ordered the A10 as well, but that will take me a couple tries since the flavor was unfamiliar to me. Willing to come back and try more things as many times as it takes! Beef noodle soup with tendon and sour cabbage fish noodle soup. Beef noodle soup was pretty good. Good amount of meat and noodles. The noodles were solid. Very chewy and good texture. I wasn't a big fan of the sour cabbage fish noodle soup though. The sour vegetables didnt taste that great. Didnt seem like it was made in house. We also ordered wonton noodles, dumplings and a 3 item cold plate. Those were alright. The pig ear was good though. A good amount of spice and mala. Portions are great. Service was fine. I've been here twice--dine-in and takeout. Portions are massive, so sharing is easy. I've tried N1 Braised Beef Rib Noodle: Comes with one huge, tender rib, meat falls right off the bone. Broth is rich but not too heavy; N2 Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage Noodle: Lots of soft fish chunks, and the cabbage adds a mild sour kick; N3 Beef Noodles in Bone Broth: Clear, light broth with thin beef slices, simple but satisfying. All the noodles flavors are good, not mind-blowing, but definitely better than average. My favorite was the beef roll (P4), crispy outside, juicy inside, the sauce they use has a sweet kick. They also have cold appetizers like shredded potato salad, spicy beef and red chili chicken, etc. But I haven't tried them yet. Service is fast, whether it was dining in or ordering to-go. The portion sizes here are quite large. The quantity can feed two people if you're not super hungry. The downside is that the portion is quite large due to the noodles and the amount of meat doesn't match well. I definitely wish they served more meat with the dishes to balance the ratio. Their name is 300g noodles and not 300g so I'm not surprised about the amount of noodles haha I balance out the meat and noodle ratio by ordering a meat side dish. at $15/bowl, its still excellent value. The customer service is excellent here. The server noted that the beef rib we ordered didn't have much meat so she offered a complimentary second one. She also recommended some dishes since my friend couldn't decide on what to order. I highly recommend the pickled peppers beef noodle soup and the sour & spicy golden soup was also delicious! My party also ordered some of the appetizers. The shredded potato salad packed some unexpected heat but was 10/10. Parking here shouldn't be a problem since this restaurant is in a large complex. The broth is super clean and the portion size is GREAT, it's a rare gem to have a $14 dish be so plentiful. The service was very attentive. There were 2-3 servers ready to assist, the shop size is small so service was great. We tried the beef noodle in bone broth which I would definitely order again. The portion is just not what I'm used to seeing anymore these days. They did not skimp on the beef or the noodles or broth! The flavors were good, but it may not be the most memorable dish you have. I enjoyed it because it was soothing on a cold day. The beef roll was delicious. I wish they had the sour mustard topping that 101 noodle has, but besides that, it's a good dish! The outside wrapping is similar to a Taiwanese scallion pancake I think. It's a little chewy. I liked it, but my partner did not like it as much. To each their own preferences haha but I would order it again. The menu had limited options, but definitely more than enough to find something for everyone. I haven't had these flavors for nearly 2 decades--flavors I'll never forget. Memories of me and my grandmother making dumplings and noodles came back. That's how amazing their food is. The sugarcane drink, fried milk, and fried sweet potatoes were perfection. I've never had anything like the sugarcane drink and it was just the right amount of sweetness. The fried milk and sweet potato fries were fried beautiful. It was a texture bomb--crispy, crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. As for seating, I'd suggest to keep it to party of 4 or smaller. The space is small and while the space can accommodate larger parties, this would mean wait may be longer. saw the review from @jessica wang. and decided to give this place a try. we came on a Friday night around 6:30. it was a full house with one family ahead of us waiting. we waited 10min before being seated. we tried to get the waitress' attention to order, with no luck. finally she came to our table to take order. per Jessica's review, we ordered Braised beef rib noodle soup (instead of beef noodle soup). hubby likes the numbing kind of pepper (藤椒) so we also ordered the pepper beef noodle soup to try. the order took a long time to come. another table who sat down after us were served before we had our order. the beef rib was only 1 piece, flavorful, but couldn't cut the meat to share (ie. meat didn't "fall off the bone"). the pepper beef noodle soup was also flavorful and personally we liked this one better. both orders were served in huge bowls. I agree with Jessica that you can share a bowl if you don't usually have a big appetite. overall the food is worth the price, in this day and age of high priced everything. service was questionable, but could be just our luck of the day. 300g never misses. My family has been coming here since they've opened. It's a family run small business that serves up some of the most delicious Chinese cuisine we've ever had, and the prices are so reasonable. The meat is always so tender and the broth is so flavorful. The owners are so nice and the service is amazing. One time, we went to order their frozen meats for hotpot near the end of the day. They had sold out of the beef tongue, but the owner offered to cut more for us on the spot. As always, I can't wait for the next time that I can eat here.
