I get it the prices compared to other dentist are much lower but you truly get what you pay for. Not only that, it's never what they say it will cost. Once I got to their office I was told that it's no longer $6500. It was going to be more like $16,000 because I needed extra work. Once I was convinced to move forward, at my second visit I was told I was no longer going to need all the work I first was told about. But since I was already charged for the work, I would have to wait about a week to request a refund by email. Even then it still turned out that they full price was closer to $14,000. On my last day before I had to fly back home the veneers did not all fit. I was there all day waiting for them to try and re-do the 3 veneers that did not fit. By the end of that day i was given the bad news. That 1 of 3 veneers would not be done on time before having to fly back home. It was Friday and they didn't work weekends. To them it was simple, stay few more days but for me it wasn't that easy. I was already there a week with double the expenses. I couldn't stay any longer. So I had to fly back with a front tooth/ veneer missing. Once I got back home that's when I felt all the discomfort and pain from all the work they did. The swelling had gone down and now I could see how bad their work was and all the gaps they left me. Not only that. They struggle to get a refund was a nightmare and with no one to respond. So my only advice is to anyone considering this place is DONT. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had a really disappointing experience with this dental office. I missed my appointment not…read morebecause I was running late, but because I physically couldn't find parking. I called the office while driving around and explained the situation, hoping for a little understanding or guidance. Instead, I was told I was late and would now have to wait even longer once I found a spot. After circling the area multiple times and still not finding any available parking, I gave up and left without being seen. It's frustrating that a medical office wouldn't take the parking situation into account, especially when it's clearly an issue for patients. If you're considering this office, just be aware that getting there on time isn't always enough--you'll need extra time just to find a place to park, and unfortunately, the staff didn't offer much support when that became a problem.
