Medical patients pay no tax on the medical side. Anything on the recreational side, I did have to pay sales tax on. But it was low. Too bad Michigan is a distant drive for us. I certainly ended up saving money, even considering the drive. For the record, we went to Michigan to visit friends. Stopping here was a side trip.
