We were given are great deal on the set, so it was a win, win for us. They delivered them the next day, for free, win again. Shawn and Jonathon, who delivered our couches, were absolutely awesome. They put it exactly where we wanted, offered to help move end tables and coffee table. They were extremely friendly, answered all our questions, even the ones about the area, another win. They've always got a lot more furniture than goodwill and other thrift stores so that's usually the main reason I go, but last time I went they had a lot of gardening supplies and paint for great prices. The woman who manages the store is very outgoing and great at her job. The other employees have also been welcoming. I'm sure I'll be back soon to browse the new items.

The only odd issue was financing is setup with a company in Lowe's, KY and then HVB is no longer involved and all future dealings is with the finance company.
