The backflow was never tightened up and leaked everywhere when it was turned on. They came back and fixed the backflow but never turned the water back on. So the whole season nothing was getting water. Every time I asked if everything was working and getting water I was told yes. So when I finally took it upon myself to check for myself, I discovered they never turned the water back on after fixing the backflow for the second time. So the whole spring and summer they lied to me about the plants getting water. So I'm working up a case with the Registrar of Contractors office.

They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service. This company was hired by our 93-year old father to prune 11 fruit trees in his backyard. My…read morebrother also lives on the property and I visit frequently. Our strong negative review has nothing to do with the quality of their work, which met our expectations. The problems were concerning their lack of professionalism, by failing to give our father an accurate written itemized price quote for the work, prior to starting. The second problem was the extreme price gouging, imposed by these people. They charged our father $4000 to prune 11 trees. Think about that for a moment... That's $363 per tree! These aren't giant cottonwoods or fully-grown stone pines. These are average-sized fruit trees, including plum, apple and peach trees. They took six hours to trim the 11 trees, which adds up to $667 per hour for this service. They also spent a half hour per tree. If these prices sound extreme, that's because they are. Previous pruning service performed the year before for the same 11 trees cost only $1000 from a competitor, which was very reasonable. I've personally pruned my father's fruit trees in previous years and the job was quick, simple and easy. The only obvious conclusion my brother and I can draw is that this company came in, deliberately and conveniently omitted a quote and once the job was finished, they took advantage of a retired elderly man on a fixed income.
