I have been a member at 360 Tans for multiple years now!! I might be one of their longest members yet. At 360 Tans you will never fail to get an amazing tan - it's why I have been coming here for so long. The girls are always friendly and give great quality spray tans. However, recently with the new staff I haven't been as satisfied as I normally have been in years past. The new staff are consistently behind schedule and the past appointments I have been to, I end up waiting 10-20 mins past my scheduled appointment time until I'm taken back. I never had this issue in the past. The new staff continuously pushes clients to purchase products and I'm not trying to get a sales pitch when receiving my bi-weekly spray tan. Recommendation to management: if your girls need more time because they are all new and slow sprayers, schedule out your appointments more to give them more time to spray or hire more staff. Do not push them to sell products on customers who have been coming for multiple years, it's a turn off. But continue doing a great job teaching the girls because they are giving quality tans! read more

Called about a Groupon. She asked if I had used one there in the past, I said I wasn't sure, I haven't been there in 10yrs. So she looked it up and confirmed I did not use a Groupon. So I bought the Groupon. Front desk scheduled appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes or so when I get there she says sorry looks like you used a Groupon in 2016! It will be $50. Did even give me the courtesy of calling and letting me know. Waited until I got there. That place is a scam. ****don't you Dare call me a liar. She told me I did not use one in 2016. Of course I was upset because as I explained on the phone I needed to be in a different part of town. When you all found out I had used a Groupon because how am I supposed to remember from 10yrs ago you could have given a courtesy call which you did not. You are a scam and I'd watch the personal name calling! You clearly are the one with hot head. Any person in that situation would have felt scammed!!!! And you want to say you didn't charge me! Ya because that would be theft on your part. I was there at my appointment your front desk messed up! Many other tanning places in Austin to go to. With your attitude and terrible customer service I will let all my friends and family know to avoid your business at all costs! read more

Chloe was the nicest and sweetest consultant. She made me feel Comfortable and welcomed me. She helped explain everything and took her time to make sure I understood or help answer my questions. They offer so many great services and even have a boutique with some one of the kind styles pieces. Really impressed with the customer service at 360 Tans. I'm a huge believer in educating people on the information they need to be successful. Jayden not only did an excellent job on my tan, but educated me afterwards on what to expect and the do's and don'ts after getting a spray tan. As someone who has been getting spray tans for years, I had no idea that I wasn't supposed to use shampoo or soap with the first shower. And also, to keep my dog at a distance so his wet nose doesn't make my tan blotchy! Who knew?! Great tips. Not to mention, I unintentionally caused an uneven spot in my tan right after leaving and I went back to the salon and the staff fixed it for me :) read more

I looked for the best spray tan in Austin and this place had over 400 Google reviews. I went and the girl was very nice. But as I went to leave I noticed I was not at all even and I was 2 different colors. I asked the front desk girl to come outside with me and look at the color difference that showed in natural light and she told me she didn't see the difference but to come in and wait and I could get it fixed. I could not believe that this place had all these good reviews and allowed me to leave looking the way I looked. She did offer to fix it and told me to shower that night bc I was a little darker than I wanted. So I did and now I am orange and the color is awful. I will not go back and I am super disappointed in my experience there (and spent so much money for nothing) read more

Fake advertisement and don't stand behind the Groupons being sold. Even with the fine print. I wasn't a new customer but they wouldn't honor the money I spent at Groupon even when their Groupon says nowhere do they have to be a new customer to the salon. Very misleading and wouldn't stand behind the cost. I'm out over $40 and they wouldn't even agree to apply it to a regular tan if I bought one without the Groupon. read more

I've been coming to 360 Tans Brodie Lane for over a year and a half and have always been completely satisfied with my airbrush tans! The color looks so good and lasts for atleast a week if you're taking care of it.
