They put a new tire in the rear driver side instead of fixing the correct time on the driver rear. before that the repair was completed and they never told me I was just sitting waiting for no reason. I went out to the work area and asked the technician if my car was being worked on he said I told the office guys it was complete 30 minutes ago. PLEASE save yourself the time by just going somewhere else ANYWHERE other than Hobson Tire Cache Rd Lawton ok. I will NEVER come here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While down here in Charlotte, the wheel weight came off the tire and shredded a hole in the tire. She is stating that the RNR IN CHARLOTTE IS a different franchise. So I would have to bring the damaged tire back to Lawton Oklahoma for the warranty to cover the new tire. The Rude woman who is the manager hung up on me, is stating there is no way for me to contact the warranty place, and only they can speak with them. Also they would not accept the pictures of the damaged tire that RNR CHARLOTTE sent to RNR LAWTON.
