Instead I got a text message stating I can pick it up at a local business. This is not what I pay for. This does seem to be the way the local service operates though. When you order something expecting delivery to your door, that is what you should get. The other courier service manages to get my orders to me on time and to my door. What is YOUR problem Purolater?
