Apparently when people complain about your service you like to say that you were ready to help but since receiving a bad review you've changed your mind. You are the only person that had my visa info. I let that go because visa took the charges off my card and sent me a new visa. I did give them your name and company name. Today i went to change my spark plugs and coil on plugs on the f150 because it was misfiring. I had bought all the parts that i need to do the job. Pulled out the plugs but to my surprise the plugs that are in my engine are not from a 2009 f150 5.4L engine. After talking with the local dealership. They tell me that the heads that are on my 2009 f150 5.4L are from an older f150 5.4L year 2006. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Mike you swapped out my heads and switched it with out telling me anything. They have a good variety of parts, though it's good to call ahead. If they don't have it onsite, they can order it in, and it'll often arrive before end of day.
