Stopped in here for a quick wash after driving about 400 miles down from Indiana. I was so impressed. The guy hand washed it a bit before we even went into the machine. I was totally not expecting that at all. They also gave us the best wash at a lower was price as a Veteran. And the price was great. Back home it would cost me a lot more and just for a basic drive in auto wash. If you are in the area and need a car wash go here. read more

I wanted to wash my new car after the snow this past week and drove this seemingly nice car wash only to come out with scratches everywhere!!! Both sides, hood, tailgate...it's really indescribable. On top of this, the owner, Mayur Desai who owns other business would not even entertain taking responsibility. Refused to meet with me, refused to give me his business license, refused to give me his insurance company information or anything. I had to call the police to file a report. The Fultondale location keeps charging my credit card every month, the first two times $20, now $15.99. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS!!!!!! Disputed and refunded every time. BUT THEY WONT STOP! Won't answer the phone, mail box full. I don't live anywhere near this place and only got one wash months ago, and the wash was passible at best. They keep manually entering my card number each month. BEWARE THIS PLACE. read more

I was called back by a gentleman from the 3i Car Wash in AL. Their records indicate that my credit card information was stolen by someone calling himself Jousef Shawban who drives a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, and he went online to illegally charge $19.99 using my credit card details for a car wash around 1:09PM on Jan 19th. I have no idea how this **** got my info, but, of course, now the card is cancelled, etc. I appreciate the assistance I got from 3i. read more

I paid with debit card for one was and the tried to take a m9nthly deduction from my banking account in the amount of $15.99. I had to report to bank fraud department. Check your cards after your car wash. Scammers. read more

Horrible car wash. Actually just so bad it's astonishing. First the actual wash. It was uneven, couldn't even get pollen off my car and I got the third highest tier wash. Secondly, the card reader does not work. Thirdly, the attendant was mot even watching me as I was pulling in and was not giving me any instructions. I continued to pull in slowly but with no direction I couldn't be sure where my tires were. He then turned to me and waved me on. My back tired got caught on the edge of the tire guide. This caused LARGE AMOUNTS of damage to the edges of my rims. Nearly 1/3 of my rims edge is completely ruined. This is a sham business and I will never take my car here again nor should you. read more

I have the monthly unlimited car wash plan and I love it. Vacuums are great. Get the "love my car" option. The tire shine lasts forever

If I could give this business a zero, I would. I took my new to me Lexus with 20" rims into the carwash. During the wash, I felt my car bump up a bit and the attendant stopped the wash. He told me to turn my wheel which I did and he started the wash back. My car bumped again but kept going this time. I came out of the tunnel and stopped to use the vacuum and looked at my rims. The left front and rear rims were GOUGED and scratched horribly. I went to the office and got the attendant and another middle-aged man. They looked at my rims and basically accused me of lying about the damage. Neither had bothered to look at them prior to me going into the wash. Over and over they said that there was no way the wash could have done that damage. I went in with perfect rims and came out with super damaged rims. I was given the owners phone number who has yet to answer his phone or return my calls. New rims from Lexus were over $500 a piece! I ended up paying $185/rim to get them repaired. What an expensive lesson to learn. I will NEVER return to that carwash and will tell everyone who will listen why they shouldn't go there either. Shame on them for trying to blame me and ditching responsibility for the damage. read more

I have an unlimited pass for my daily driver and always have a good experience. Today I brought my second vehicle and it's been setting up for a while under trees so it was covered in filth. The owner came out and sprayed and scrubbed down the whole car so it would get a good wash. Going the extra mile keeps people coming back and it's really appreciated!!!!!! read more

hi on Monday, October 3, 2022, I went through 3I car wash. While I'm in the car wash, my tire pressure light came so I said well maybe it's from I don't know just being on that rack in the inside the car wash. So upon leaving, I noticed the car wasn't rolling, I pressed the gas pedal to get out. So I pulled out of them driveway turned to the left, the dashboard read check your air pressure and it showed three tires. Something inside of a car wash broke the stems off of my tires I'm on 3 flats. yes there a we're some different stem covers on the car. But the little guy who washed it before I went in he said nothing about that was being a hazard. He washed it front with the brush I went through, the whole back of the car is still dirty like it was never touched, still dry, like I never went through the car wash. It was a really nice young lady who came and inspected my car she called the boss and from her reaction, he said we're not responsible. she did say I've never seen anything like this before. her reaction was caring, I think I would've felt better if the owner was more compassionate but he didn't give a shit. So tow truck, tire stem repair, and car is still dirty. So I haven't even received my money back yet for the half car wash. I don't recommend you go, but if you do, keep on driving and find another one: not this one. read more

I liked this car wash until my 2nd visit. On the 2nd visit I signed up for the unlimited car wash, went through the wash I heard a noise and didn't think anything of it. When I dried my car it scratched up my new paint job. I contacted the owner he said that he would watch the tape ( which I do not see how you could see anything from that unless you're up close on the car) and did not want to accept responsibility. He has only returned one call and still has yet to return any other message, and is running from the fact that it is his car wash mistake. I recommend just going to get a hand wash if you want to save the paint on your car. read more

First couple of times I went it seemed to go alright but then I had an issue and received an attitude from a couple of the younger guys that works there. One of the visits was absolutely terrible and after my wash their was soap suds on my sun roof, side mirrors, below my windshield wipers and a few other spots that didn't get rinsed or dried but that also was after an incident with one of the guys that got mad at me bc my sticker wouldn't read and I needed him to open the gate for me....my original wash for my monthly payment wasn't given at that time and that visit definitely wasn't worth my money. They didn't have clean towels out for me to clean it afterwards neither. I have went a handful of times and everything seemed okay. More of a situation where it's hit or miss on wether you'll have an issue or not. I'm not a complainer nor do I want to ruin anyones business so give it a try! Your visit may be different than mine. The owner of the place did cancel my membership for me and apologized for what happened but I didn't feel like I was appreciated nor was it really much concern. He was very nice about it though. As far as scratches or anything of the sorts, I didn't have any issues there and it seemed to be an okay car wash. I think i'll just let my body shop wash my car from now on and save money and deal with nicer people that seem to love their job! read more

We got the mangers special for the month of September. The car wash was great. The manger told us that it was only $20.00 for that month only. He took our debit card and ran it for the $20.00. Well this month the car wash our card for another $20.00 without our permission. When we try and call them they do not answer or return our calls. We will NEVER go back and we will tell our family and friends. They are stealing from people. read more
