After the cleaning was completed, I found that several areas that should have been included in a deep cleaning were still dirty, including dust, floors, baseboards, and ceiling fans, and even the most basic place to clean, dust in blinds and furniture. I contacted the company shortly after the service and explained my concerns. To their credit, they initially responded and indicated that they would return to address the issues. However, despite multiple follow-up attempts, they never came back and eventually stopped responding to my messages. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I would have been satisfied if the issues had been corrected. My disappointment comes from the lack of follow-through and communication after the service was completed. This was my experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.
