While I was in there the technician actually told the customer a head of me that the part was $10 cheaper then quoted so he returned the $10 to her. He could have easily kept the extra money but he was so honost. I brought my laptop in and he diagnosed the problem in about 10 min (Currupted hard drive). He was able to backup all my data even with a bad hard drive, replace the hard drive and got my computer up and running like new. Price was better than I thought too.
