They have fixed a number of problems for me and for my family. Like with most tailors, it is best to go there in person to see if they can fix the garment. I called four times, as well as the day I dropped the dress off, and also stopped in person hoping to speak with the tailor or owner. I wanted to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding or error before posting a negative review, but I was never able to get a clear explanation of the pricing. Afterward, I spoke with other local tailors and showed them the dress. Based on their feedback, the cost I was charged was significantly higher than expected. If there was a reason for the pricing, I would have appreciated the opportunity to have it explained. They have always been convenient for dry cleaning, and I've had positive experiences with that service. However, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering alterations ask for a detailed quote upfront and make sure they clearly understand the pricing before leaving their garment.
