Was told I needed a newer wind mitigation and 4 point inspection(even though I just got a new roof and had the same inspection done a few years back). Between the time I got the inspection and reaching back out the quote went up. Carmen, the agent, made the excuse that she doesn't make the quotes? This left a bad taste in my mouth so I continued shopping, even with a closer Farmers agent to my home which they also came back higher?! Feeling I have no choice but to go with this agent I relented and came back here. NOW this agency said a few days ago some random rule forbids them from even insuring my home? This all seems like a game because they misquoted me and are backtracking. Either way stay far away from this company unless you enjoy games.
