They do have a good menu options for Ramen & appetizers. Appetizers include pao buns, Gyoza and Karaage chicken. Ramen options include Tonkotsu, steak, carbonara ramen etc., We ended up ordering Gyoza for the table and Carbonara and Steak ramen. When ordering steak ramen, they mentioned that it will take about 15-20 minutes. Liked the heads up. Gyoza (5 fried pork dumplings) was served hot with dipping soy sauce. Steak ramen was served hot, spicy and it actually tasted really good after 2-3 slurps. To be honest, we were not expecting that good ramen from Enterprise, AL.
