Located in the Jewish Quarter, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants and it is an easy walk to the Old Town. The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The beds comfortable, and the shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold things. We actually really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly. We have no complaints at all. Yes the furniture is a bit worn, maybe a paint job would be nice but remember the price you are paying. The salt grotto was under renovations which was disappointing but that wouldn't have changed us staying here but if that is what you are coming for, maybe check. We would recommend and have no hesitation about staying here again. Loved it!

It was comfortable with a double bed and excellent and clean facilities. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They gave us excellent guidance and recommendations, we also booked a couple of trips through the reception. They were so accommodating and we were able to have a relaxed evening drink in the bar/breakfast room. The staff really made us at home and were always polite and considerate. The hotel is close to shops and is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, which takes you straight into the town centre. The excursions also pick up directly from outside the hotel. I would definitely go back based on the pleasant and wonderful experience.

It was like crossing into a bad neighborhood. The rooms are uninhabitable in the summer as it was hotter than outdoors with direct sunlight and no climate control. It's a noisy street as well, so it meant trading an open window for the sounds of noisy cars. The rooms themselves are quite bad with exposed concrete and torn wallpaper. Ultimately, we had to check out 2 days early and move to a hotel that didn't have unbearable heat in the rooms. They did not offer a refund on the 2 days we would not be staying. 1 star since 0 is not an option.

I had access to the club lounge and the bar there is nicely stocked. The dinner menu at this lounge is also, so delicious. There are a variety of sandwiches, cured meats, cheeses, soups, main dishes and desserts that rivals restaurants around the area. Back on the location, if the Vistula River and Castle views aren't enough, the 5 - 10 minute walk to Old Town Krakow and maybe 15-20 min walk to the Jewish Quarter is so convenient.

It's the fabulous service, breakfast, and club access that makes it the best option in Kraków. We stayed in a corner deluxe suite right across from the Sheraton Club on the first floor. It was so convenient for us. We're early risers, and it's so nice to be able to just walk across the hall for coffee, tea, juice, and fruit. We also visited that lounge in the evening on a daily basis. The hot snacks served there are more like a meal. We had some delicious polish soups, pork meatballs, grilled chicken, and pasta dishes. The apple pie there is absolutely delicious. There were different desserts each day, and the staff were great in keeping the serving area clean and with their knowledge of wines. It was a great way to end the day. The breakfast bar and kitchen service were great. They cook your eggs to order and make omelets. There was always some kind of Mediterranean or Asian side dish available as well as traditional Polish sausage, breads, and pastries. The crisp vegetable samosas or crispy wonton bites were my favorite sides along with the grilled mushrooms and crispy hash browns. The buffet had just about everything. The fruit was fresh. More so than any buffet I've ever been to. I wish I had taken a picture of the watermelon. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us. It was very comfortable and clean. I was very happy with the water pressure in the shower, as well as the storage space. The air conditioning also worked well. No issues with accommodations whatsoever. The service was fantastic! My husband remembered how well they treated him when visiting back in 2002. That's why he recommended we stay here. He was so right. I wish I could name everyone on the staff. The ones we remember the most are Alicia and Peter. They were always so helpful and nice, but everyone was great. We wouldn't hesitate in booking this hotel again if we ever make it back to Kraków. It was such a great experience from beginning to end.

The location is great--close the the Main Market Square but not IN it. It's about 4min walk from the main square--which means it's quiet and not super crowded at night when sleeping, but also not far from the fun! A nice cafe is on either side of the apartment building, which is wonderful for breakfast! The room itself was newly lovely! We were downstairs in a newly renovated two bedroom apartment. It had a spacious bathroom with beautiful shower and sleek sink (and towel warmer). The bedrooms and living area were a lovely mix of both modern and old world charm. Exposed brick and old world furniture juxtaposed with clean lines in the kitchen, light fixtures, & bath. Very much appreciated the small (but new) washer for our clothes as well! No dryer but a drying rack was provided. Overall we felt this was the perfect place to stay while visiting Krakow!

They try to help with whatever you need and if you have questions (like how to use their transportation system). They have a restaurant that opens from 6 am to 10 pm. This was very convenient for us since there was no other options available close by. If you want to have breakfast, just tell them the night before. It costs $5 per person with decent enough variety. I had no expectations for our stay. We had problems opening the door as it was almost falling off the door. The curtains need to be fixed from their clipping fixtures. They did have extra sheets and the one I used was very itchy. The main thing that was hard to tolerate was not having decent towels. They gave us really old and stained bath towels. I'd compare it to rugs. Even my dog had better ones. I wish they'd consider providing better ones in the future. No housekeeping except for daily taking out the trash and giving us daily bottles of water (which was free). I have to say, nonetheless, that this place was not a 4 or 5 star hotel but we enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast is included and begins from 8.00. But you can ask also for earlier breakfast if you need and they will prepare it for you. You can take the coffee, fruit, cakes here whenever you want and it's free. So just help yourself. The location is also perfect, just ten minutes walk to the old town square and 15 min from train station. You can also book the trip to salt mine or Auschwitz directly at the reception and the guide will come to pick you up at the hostel. I really like it here!

The suite has it's own kitchen and nice furnishings. The shower did not always have hot water, but you could use the showers for the 10-person rooms which worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay in the suite again! However... Our first night there we stayed in the 10-person rooms, which were much less nice. People at the desk were always friendly! The wifi is pretty spotty, but you can use the 3 computers that they have in the lobby/check-in area at any time of day, and they always had internet.
