They were totally amazing!!!. Im and older lady and I've never had honest, hard working help with my home. I've been disappointed several times. These men were so honest, caring and considerate. The work was way beyond what I had ever expected. Quality work all through way. The even installed a bathroom light fixture out of the kindness of their heart. I've never bern more pleased. 100 stars !! Getting our pergola repaired has been a bit of a saga. We have had four contractors…read moreout to bid the project and unfortunately have gotten a bit frustrated in the process. One contractor unfortunately got the wrong size wood and was too busy with other projects to complete the project transferring us to another contractor. The second contractor was moving to another state and essentially would rather replace the entire structure than repair it. The third contractor was willing to repair, but had recently got out of a business relationship with another contractor and his outlook was not the most stable. To be honest, we got to the point where we never thought this project would be done. Andra buildings have been completely different than any other contractor. Their communication has been straightforward. I made the whole process extremely easy. They were able to bid the project based on photographs in our measurements and didn't have to come out to measure. The project completion was seamless and efficient. I could not be more impressed by their professionalism and accuracy. I realize their normal projects are extremely large in nature and this is a tiny project. Our pergola is absolutely gorgeous, exactly what it was before even with the stylized notches. I was in tears since I was so grateful the project was over and for an extremely fair price. Thank you so much to Andra buildings !!!

He then tried to extort me by threatening to file a lien on my house if I didn't pay him several thousand dollars more than he had originally quoted me.
