I moved to the area about a year ago and I have come here about once a month for either a massage or a pedicure since then. I would recommend it for either of those. After my third or fourth time they started greeting me like a regular, which is fun. The staff is always cheerful and friendly and they play relaxing music. Tina gives great massages. I usually do half body half foot. I even brought my sister who was visiting from out of town for her birthday here for a massage. My pedicures turn out great, I have no complaints. They will always try to upsell you on the spa pedi, which I always end up getting, but if you don't want that, I guess be prepared for that. This is a cute place. It was clean, they had plenty of staff who all very polite. We went on a Sunday evening and were the only three people there (a few more did roll in while we got worked on). Do not waste your money ! Way over priced . I literally called and asked if they had powered dip nails & they said they did . When I got there they gave me something else and it cost way more than they told me. Not a lot of nail salons in this area but I still can't justify a higher rating, try as I might. Came in for a mani/pedi and didn't mind paying 10 extra dollars for a harder topcoat to make it last. However, when I'm paying $47, I can at least hope for the work to be consistent and not sloppy. This place is more expensive than most nail salons in Manhattan. My fingernails were cut way too short, leaving me with nothing but a little stubs. The polish was applied a very messily and I had to clean up my cuticles at home. My toenails were cut very square and they did not spend a lot of time scrubbing the foot. There is no seating area to wait before it's your turn or for a ride after you are done so you will find yourself standing awkwardly by the door. Two stars for polite service and having a nice selection of nail colors. But serious demerits for bad skills and for charging high prices at a no frills salon. They also don't take Amex. I've been going there for a while as I liked the foot massages, I bought a ten pack prior to Covid and only used a few when I went back to use the last of the package I was met with an attitude and the level of pressure during the foot/leg massage was almost unbearable . I decided to use their nail services and the more I went the higher the services became. Frank would put a hot towel next to the technician and suddenly an already expensive pedicure went to $ 97.00 with an attitude as they also let me know they expected a 20 percent tip. read more

This is a busy place! One of the best pedicures I've ever had. I got the spa pedicure for $40 which included a 10 min foot massage where they added in some hot stones. Walked away with some nice looking feet! Will definitely be back. read more

My husband and I went in for foot reflexology and wow I was impressed by the strength of the masseuses and results! I'm on my feet all day and it allowed me to be on them without pain. Happen to be in the area and wanted to get my nails done but didn't have that many options. Stumbled upon this place and had a very unpleasant experience. Service was absolutely terrible. Not a single smile and felt very rushed. Don't understand what the rush is as there were no other customers waiting. I wasn't pleased at all with the end result and obviously had the right to tip the amount I pleased. The person who did my nails let it be known that she wasn't happy with her tip. A woman named Lee did my nails. I wanted a powder dip. I usually get powder dip elsewhere but was in town visiting girlfriends and we all decided to go get our nails done. First, the color that I chose was NOT the same color that was represented on the example. On the example the color was a pretty light pink, but once on my nail it was the exact same color as my natural nails. Second, Lee used a drill on the surface of my nails to smooth them out (I guess??) and drilled/burned my nail bed skin, which bled. Third, I had a couple of nails that were already short , which she commented on..but she continued to file them until she was eventually filing my skin raw and I had to tell her to stop. Fourth, she didn't use any primer to prep my nails before going ahead with the powder dip, so low and behold the powder gel came of in full nail-chunks within 5 days of having them done. Powder dip, in the past for me, has lasted over a month. This was the worst powder dip I've ever gotten. read more

I recently got a powder gel done here. It was the worst powder dip I've ever experienced. Hanna did my nails and filed the top of the powder layer on my nail so thin you could see the color of my nail bed. This lead to two nails cracking within 5 days. Powder gel for me usually lasts 3 weeks or more. I had to go back to have them fix the two nails and the lady filed my nail bed so much it started to bleed and then proceeded to put acetone on it. She filed the two new nails as round even though the rest of my nails are clearly square. Now it's been a week and another nail cracked. Will never go back there to get my nails done. They are clearly incompetent and there are many other places to get it done correctly and cheaper. read more

The old bait and switch. The first time you go in they will be extra nice to you and your experience will be great. After that it's all down hill. I told them I want a bikini wax and the women started doing math problems just nickling and diming me it was bad customer service. The money isn't important stop being so pushy and money hungry, half of what I got waxed before was not taken off and she wanted extra for it. I was back there for way too long because she keep telling me what she wasn't going to do and prices. I barely spot she just kept stopping to tell me about more money. I stated from the beginning I wanted a regular bikini wax, there's no reason to try and extort me! She pushed on my side so hard I had to ask her to stop, she was so surprised she was hurting me. She said I'm too strong with a questioning look. Mom 104 pounds you don't need to put all your weight on my stomach to give me a bikini wax.
