The staff at the checkout counter were friendly and helpful. And the best was yet to come. We made our way to the outdoor plants and flowers. I had been on the road for a couple of hours on my way to a rental cabin at Lake Martin and popped in for some road snacks and a Coke Zero. What I found was a surprisingly great selection of beer and wine, snacks, and a very nice employee...and a helpfully talkative customer. I grabbed a couple of six packs, a couple of bottles of wine, some beef sticks and tater chips, then loaded up and hit the road. If you are in the area and need provisions, I think that you'll either find what you need here or find a suitable substitute. Huge parking lot and a metric butt-load of gas pumps.

So on today, I'm in Montgomery and sees the sign that say 334 Nutrition NOW OPEN, I go to the facebook page to see a menu of what all they have before I go in. I also wanted to buy a few boxes of tea to take home so when I'm on the go I will have them. So I enter the building with a hello, there is a customer there who speaks the two workers doesn't depart their mouth. One is sitting at a table, so then the other one finally decides to ask me what I needed, so I ask her about one of the teas and what was in it, she tells me and then I say I will have that one. She fixes my tea and say it will be $7.50, she gives me my change. I say do I need to sign this email list she say no thats only if I want to keep up the sales. I walk off slowly to see if she going to say thank you or if she would see if I wanted anything else. My plan was to spend a few hundred dollars there on some products because I need some more instead of me ordering online and having to wait on it and to support the business. But that didn't happen. She didnt say a word. I feel like if you running a business, customer service is a must..greet them, see how you can help them, tell them thank you with a smile so they will consider coming back. Once you…read moreexperience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. This particular location is in a shopping plaza and I cannot see parking being an issue. The location has an overall pleasant ambiance that makes shopping all the more enjoyable. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I had a great shopping experience. Kyle helped us put together a balloon bundle with patience and care. When we accidentally popped one in the parking lot, he not only noticed but came outside to replace it--even asking what color it was to make sure everything was just right. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. We also saw Kyle assisting another employee, who seemed to be in training, and he treated them with the same friendliness and helpfulness that he showed us. It's clear that he is a team player and a natural leader. Kyle is a true asset to Publix. If I had it my way, he'd get a raise because employees like him make a business thrive.
