My questions were answered quickly and the one that needed a call back happened so fast it went to my voicemail. An incredible family-owned and run business who come to your home and introduce themselves and take the time to explain everything that they will be doing. I had questions about safety for my animals and Adam took time to explain how everything worked and why it was safe. I asked why they did something 'different' than what I had seen from my previous pest company and he explained on my level what he was doing, why he was doing it, when he learned it and why it was successful. Neither Adam or Anna minded any of my questions and encouraged me to continue asking about anything. Adam and Anna treat your home like it is theirs and that is pretty amazing to find too. Another important note is that I was actually recommended Adam Ant Pest Control from another pest company that has been in business for 30+ years - what a great recommendation! How great they treat your house for pests and it is good for a year - they will come back for any issues but it works better for us than the 4x per year service from the old company. My parents used Green 365 for years. I am their son who moved into a house a few years ago, two…read morehouses down from them. My parents always complained about weeds in their rock beds. Either I sprayed the weeds or my parents would hire their house cleaner's son to pull out the weeds. Later, I found out my parents (who are in their 90's) were paying $90/mo to have their lawn fertilizer and rock bed weeds killed. I discontinued their weed service. Green 365 were billing my parents for fertilizing monthly by mail, which they were paying. One day they decided to send me their monthly bill by email without telling me or my parents. I opened one of the emails and noticed that they were two months behind on payments and started charging them a $15 late fee. I called Jaye at Green 365, canceled their service, because he was very rude and told me it wasn't his problem. I told them I wasn't paying the $15 late fee because they never contacted me or my parents about the change on billing. They have been billing my parents (92 & 94 years old) who both have memory loss. They have been adding $15 late fee for the past year. My parents just received a bill and was totally upset. Not impressed with this person/company at all. I wonder how many other people they are taking advantage of.

Two weeks later I had roaches in the garage, three spiders in the kitchen and ghost ants in my office. I called them and they grudgingly agreed to come out. I had to cancel that appointment due to a family emergency. When I called back they told me too bad, that I had to have them out within a month. Didn't even offer a discounted rate, nothing. So, I paid 140.00 to have them give my house bugs.
