We came to the conclusion that the money was submitted late from the exchange. In one case it was almost a month from the time the town got the payment to time I paid at the exchange. Think this might have been the fastest experience I've ever had in a currency exchange haha. Fast & excellent service. Also for the people crying about the incorrect hours, consider checking the maps navigation. They're accurate and probably might not be 24hrs considering all the reckless drivers on pulaski late at night. Probably just a safety concern.
