This job included floors, doors, cabinets and countertops, minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, etc. When challenges arose, Arturo responded each time with "What can Sunset Valley do to make you delighted?" His crew was neat, arrived on time, was respectful to our tenants, and completed the tasks in the promised time. His prices were not cheap, but they were fair and the work they did was stellar. Now, I have no idea if $450 is a fair price for the job. But I chose not to get a second estimate, and I was happy with how quickly it was done. Do your research on pricing because I can't tell you if it was high or not. To date, October 31, 2023, 3 WEEKS after coming to my home and many calls and texts from me, I still do not have an estimate. My last message on 10/30 was to please send me a quick text or give a quick call to let me know if they've decided they don't want the job. (Some repairs and also painting my entire home.) I mean, come one, it's just a little common courtesy and professionalism to let someone who's counting on an estimate that you've changed your mind about doing the job. Their silence speaks volumes.
