I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. My very first appointment she talked about nail health and I honestly learned so much. I've been coming back ever since. I have NEVER not been completely satisfied with my nails and the experience. I get basic gel (or at least I think it is) and my nails always last - I go about 4 weeks between appointments. The lady cut my toe nails so short that it was hurting when she filed it. I asked 3 times if she…read morecould do acrylic on my big toe to make it square since the side of it broke so it could match the other foot and she didn't do it. These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

Per your other reviews once you walk in your Bombarded with harassment to add on services and when you say no they continue to badger you. You're also the owner your picture matches you when I spoke to you. I was in tears as my skin was burned and eyebrow waxed off. The picture clearly shows where my micro blade line is and how she waxed off and went up high. All she had to do was trace the line. The picture clearly shows as day! You're a liar and a horrible businessman. You clearly do not care about your customers! I was crying and explain what happened and you didn't care.
