So I have vaped on and off for over 4 years now. This has always been the only place I would go to for anything vape. But today everything changed. About a month ago I bought a new Saurion Air (sp? Lol) and within that months time it just stopped working. I took it back in and they were great....they replaced the vape and I went on my way a happy customer as usual. That one worked for awhile, until I had to buy a new tank for it bc my coil was broken. No big deal....just got a new top piece and thought everything would be fine. I put my fluid into my new tank and primed it per instructions, made sure everything was closed up tight and popped it on top of my vape. Within 30 min the vape was shorting out every few minutes. By that night it was hitting on its own when I wasn't even holding it, and by the next day it wouldn't work at all. Called them and then took it in...I had only had the new one maybe a week at this point....and they said that it must have been something that I had done and it looked like I had not closed the tank before placing it on my vape, so all the fluid ran out into the vape. I am
not an idiot and as I said before in this review, I have vaped on and off for years, I primed the new tank, and made sure it was closed up tight. I also did this again when it first started acting up in hopes it would fix it, but it didn't. The guy today was completely uncooperative and wouldn't listen at all. I work for Sprint and sell $900-$1000 devices all day long and if someone brought a phone back to that store and it was just shot within the first 14 days then it would be replaced. If I didn't do that I would be fired. But this was a $27 vape and they wouldn't replace that when it clearly was a faulty tank? I'm so confused! I am a huge stickler for excellent customer service, bc I give it to all of my customers every single day. I have referred so many ppl to this store over the years. They have made a lot of money off of me, but that stops today. I will NEVER enter that store again and suggest you don't either. They do not stand behind their products. If you are going to sell faulty devices then you have to replace them when they mess up immediately upon using them. End of story. read more
