Each person I spoke with was consistently friendly and helpful and made the experience a pleasant one for me. And I felt they were honest, fair and straightforward with me about pricing. I had been anxious about the items arriving safely, but the packing they did was on par with the best I've dealt with elsewhere. Terrific job! The only area that might need a little focus or polishing, based on my personal experience, would be timeliness of responses, which were sometimes lagging a bit. It would be nice to get a quick email update every few days, even if it is just to state they are still working on it. Regardless, Store #1016 exceeded my expectations and was genuinely the best UPS store I have dealt with to date, anywhere across the country.
