From the start, he was completely honest and explained that while it could turn into something more serious, like a transmission rebuild, there's also a known issue with these cars. Chevy has put out a notice about an updated fluid that has been resolving the problem for many drivers. He made it clear that this was the best-case scenario, but didn't guarantee it, just gave me honest, straightforward information. They performed the transmission fluid service, and it worked perfectly. Problem gone. What really stood out to me is that they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive repair, and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead, they chose honesty and did what was best for me. Maybe those were older reviews. I think Project Import has grown a lot since then. Kiet shared a lot of information about my Lancer Evolution. Not many shops understand these cars since they're rare and complex. Kiet and his worker (Duong?) were able to work on my car without any issues. The price quoted was exactly the price I paid as well. I will definitely be a returning customer.
