This "company" does landscaping for my mother's homeowner's association. They do shoddy work, but…read moredespite this, we were going to hire them to remove a tree limb in her back yard that had fallen from an adjacent property. I called the owner, Magin, who assured me that it would get taken care of this weekend when his crew went to do yard work. His crew comes to do the neighborhood yard work and my mother asks them if they're going to remove the tree. They said they don't know anything about it. I called the owner who said, "I talked to one of the guys, he must have just forgotten." (How do you forget in less than 24 hours?) Again, he tells me that he will call the guy and then call me back. I never hear back. I call him again- no answer. No response. Nothing. I'm not surprised considering their poor attention to detail, lack of customer service, and indifference towards keeping their word.

We asked for the instillation to be removed (we can just do it ourselves, no problem) and to have that fee refunded. The Wife of the business owner became very irate, yelled at us, was very rude and said "well why don't we just cancel everything and refund you then?!" this isn't what I wanted at all, but they did it anyways and hung up on us. Now we will have to be put on a waiting list to get our grass.
