I want to thank Scott (his company) for their time and hard work. I had already been told by…read moreanother company that my traffic stains were permanent, but they were very confident those professionals were mistaken that I decided to pay their premium rate to have them handle it. They assured me they could succeed where others failed, but unfortunately, the stains remain. After the job was finished, they explained that the lanes are actually 'imprinted', the same conclusion the first company reached. It was an expensive way to learn I should have trusted the initial opinion, but I appreciate their effort. I guess it is officially time to replace the carpet.
