It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team. Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!! When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them. 'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked. Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business. Do not give them a penny. Appalling.

i cannot speak more highly of this company. all of my family members now get their double glazing…read morefrom here. every aspect of the business is brilliant - from the secretarys tht deal with the invoices, the men that come out to measure up the windows and the fitters. they are reasonable priced and will do one window at a time or whole floors of houses. they have previously arranged a credit plan for my sister as they knew she was good forthe money and had lots of windows from them. the work is carried out to an excellent quality. they leave the house clean and remove as much glass as possible. they have separate plasterers that come in. on the one occasion that they fitted the wrong specification glass they rectified the matter quickly and effeciently.

Anyway, we went ahead & called him and he arrived a couple of weeks later on the dot as arranged. Well we were in for a lovely surprise, not only did he install our ariel, but he charged a lower price than origionaly quoted AND tuned in our new TV and DVD player for free, which, he said, was all part of the service! (maybe he charged less because we live in a bungalow which meant he had less further to climb up the ladder lol!!!) Anyway, he was in & out pretty quickly, no mess, no fuss, just a great job, and cheap too! So, I'd like to further highly recommend this lovely, friendly guy making an honest living, as one of the best, if not THE best in Hereford!

Having looked a several bi folding door companys online,we came across this company and had a look…read morearound there website and they looked very professional and we liked the look of there product.Me and my hubby are always cautious buying online as we have had problems before,so we wanted to tread very carefully.Having obtained a quote online which we found very competative compared to a lot of other companys out there,we decided we would give them a call for more information.I have to say the person we spoke to was very helpfull indeed as me or my husband was not at all familiar with bi folding doors,we also got invited over to go and take a look at the product so we could see the doors and different options.We took them up on this and went over to view there doors along with another company as we wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone while we were in the area.Upon arrival we met the director who was more than happy to explain everything to us and run us through there doors,having operated the doors and had a feel of the operation and quality we could see the difference in build quality compared to the previous company we had just visited.Straight away we placed an order for a 4 section set of doors and said we would get the doors in 2 weeks as we had plasterers booked in for our extention a few days later,so time and date was very important to us.Once there survey guy had came out he run through the order with us he also arranged the date for installation.Getting very excited(well me not so much my hubby!)it was the day the doors were going to be installed,i have to say the installers where late not there fault however and they gave me a call to say they where which i thought was very good of them.The installers were excellent,very efficient and obviously new what they were doing as from start to finish took them 2 hours,once they had finished they ran throught the operation of the doors with us and made sure i was happy and i was indeed.These doors have transformed the way our house looks and we havnt had one issue with the doors.Overal the experience we have had with windoorcareuk from start to finish has been great and i would reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase bi folding doors. carol and david
