Scheduling: Super easy - they were very responsive, was able to squeeze us in - we really need the work done right away. It was a 2 day job because of the amount of work. He was on time. Service: Excellent. Super friendly. He's such a hard worker - just keeps at it until it's so dark he can't see. I wonder if he can fix our toilets and help with electrical :) The roof looks a TON better - so do the gutters. Some gutter cleaning companies leave a mess of leaves behind but he took a lot of time cleaning - I mean, I hosed down the windows, side of the house, the deck, the driveway... Within a couple of months, the driveway cracked, not just a crack, cracked everywhere, large cracks with pieces chipping out, and cracks jumped pads, it's a mess. Tried to contact Michael, but he ignored me till I mentioned court. Then, he finally answered me and said too bad, concrete cracks. No matter how many times I asked him to address the sidewalk pad, he just doesn't respond. Now, I've got a couple companies doing evaluations of the work and will be filing a claim in court. This is in stark contrast to the first 'emergency mitigation' crew the insurance company sent when my roof had a serious leak that endangered my living room -- they charged $3,000 for what amounted to nothing more than a tarp, and it did nothing to stop the leak. That kept me awake protecting my floors for most of the rainy nights through February 2025. Then the first roofers I talked to wanted payment in cash so they didn't have to pay tax, but didn't mind involving me in a tax fraud scheme with no paperwork to protect myself against faulty work or the IRS. Finally I called Right First Roofing and was immediately relieved to find an honest and straightforward contractor. Patrick got up on my roof himself and took a video to show me its condition and explained my options, pointing me to what I knew (from the experience of the first roofer) to be the less expensive treatment and one that was perfectly adequate to protect my mobile home's aluminum roof. Repairs took place in two steps, first the immediate and absolute repair of the leak! Then later the completion of a normal maintenance coating for the roof once the combination of wind and rain allowed it. Now eight months have passed and I couldn't be happier or feel more secure with their work.
