Ok so really very few choices in St Brieux for food. Heard good things about the burgers here. We were in town visiting the regional park so decided to check it out. It's a small family run spot with a decent menu. It is also a liquor and snack store. First the positives. Staff was really great and welcoming as well as the locals were very friendly. The menu had a nice variety. You help yourself to bottled and canned drinks in the snack room area. Of course I went for the burger. It was a double meat burger with bacon, and mushrooms, and cheese. Price was good. Unfortunately it was way over cooked and dry. Mine was very salty as well. I had poutine frys and they were ok only. One of our kids had a kids burger and it was charred black. The other kid had a hot dog and she loved it though. Both got a desert and they let them go in back and pick from a cake selection. I will say the value was good and I can't say anything really bad about the place. Maybe ask them to cook the burger less if you order one. Lastly, I know it's Canada but they need some AC for summer days. It was hot in there and it was not even a really hot day. Maybe just a couple of window units.
