This place was a real find. We wanted to try a local Pizza spot & Yelpers gave this a thumbs up. So, we decided on a whim to check it out. We went there on a cold day after a night of snow in the Panhandle. It was refreshing to get there and be greeted by a friendly staff in the bright and pleasant atmosphere. Upon viewing the menu, we decided to get a personalized pizza rather than one of the many featured pies. The pizza was everything we asked for - the correct toppings and light on the cheese. Cute pizzeria with nice, modern decor! Order your dressing on the side of your salad because they drench it; my caesar was almost inedible. The pizza had great flavor and the small pizza fed my mom and I easily. However they have a pretty thin sauce so the pizza was a bit dry; asking for extra sauce fixed that though. Great food every time, awesome beer selection. They have beers you wont see other places in Amarillo. Its a bit pricey, but we always have a good time. Current local selection is the Rage - Bacon, Candied Almonds, Goat Cheese and Jalapenos. read more

575 is a great place. Their pizza is very thin crust and is excellent. We love the fresh toppings and selection of other menu items. We do request the pizza to be well done when getting it to go. Be sure to get there early or plan on waiting when dining in. The restaurant is very small and cozy. Do to the popularity with the local crowd :) the place is usually full! read more

I am in Amarillo for an event and had a taste for pizza. I search around on the internet and this place looked good. I ordered my pizza (the Surgeon) for pick up and there was a 40 minutes wait. When I picked it up, I did not look at it, but waited until I got back to the hotel. I was very surprised to open the box and see all the burned pepperoni. If I had opened it at the restaurant I would have asked for my money back on the spot. I do see from another Yelp picture that that must be the way they make the pizza, as opposed to a fluke, since the top of his pizza also looks burned. At $18.00 for a 12 inch pizza, I do not want my toppings burned. read more

Pizza was fine. I have no complaints about the service or restaurant. The food was good but nothing amazing or different. If you like a burnt thin crust this place would be great for you. It was a bit overpriced but I assume the prices come from the modernistic ambiance. We LOVE this place!! Excellent wait staff, grrrrreat food, and if you love trying different beers, then you've just found beer-trying heaven! 575 is a family tradition for us. Whenever our college kids come home, off we go for beer and pizza. This place is very family friendly. People don't go there to get silly on their drinks. The prices are moderate and the beer is priced at about what you'd expect, $4-$7 usually, and up. You don't go here and order a Bud. The pizza is very special! Fresh toppings, lots of unusual choices, thin and crispy crust. It's deceptively light looking. I have three pieces and always leave wishing I'd stopped at two. Just can't stop though! The place is always hopping! It's loud, happy and you feel like family as soon as you walk in. The wait staff is knowledgeable about their beers and their pizza ingredients, chatty, friendly and happy to be working there. You can ask for beer samples, and you should! As another reviewer said, this place is faaaar beyond just the 5 stars I can give it. So get going!! read more

Very mediocre pizza. Great service, nice ambience, but if you have any notion of what great pizza can taste like, then avoid this place. It's not NY pizza, it's not Chicago pizza.
