Paid off two trucks in full over 6 months ago. Asked to close out my accounts upon doing so & they assured me I would have my titles in 3-4 weeks. Still have yet to receive either title. When I called to ask about it they informed me that due to me not having a minimum of $25 in my accounts that were "supposed" to be closed they decided to hold 60k in truck titles that were 100% paid for. I was never contacted via phone or mail about this issue. I had verified when I was there today that they had my correct address and phone number to where they could have contacted me but failed to do so.
The employee I spoke to informed me that I could schedule an appt with the DMV and go pay to get copies of the titles. After making it very clear that I was not happy with the service or lack there of I was finally offered for them to mail them out with a timeline of 3-6 weeks. read more
