I went in for a wheel inspection at 8:30 and proceeded to leave my key and car with them but for 6 hrs straight couldn't get anyone to check out my vehicle. I called at 11:30 see how things were going and was told that there was one car left in front of mine and then waited another 2hrs at 1:30 called once again and was told they'll be checking on it again. Wait till 2:30 called once more and was told that no one still hasn't seen my car so I told them don't even look at it. I just had a free 6hr parking if y'all want to park there. read more

It's been 19 months since my last visit to & review of 602 Autosports, primarily because the last used truck tires I bought have plenty of miles left. However, I got a new (for me) Honda Fit, and within a week, one of the OEM Firestones had a blister & went flat (but that's a whole other sad tale - no key socket for the locking lug nut). I eventually ended up back at 602 this afternoon & was greeted by Sal, with whom I had spoken by phone. Once again, I received the enthusiastic, quick, quality VIP service for which they're so well known, along with a nearly new tire balanced & mounted w/ 2 missing lug nuts replaced, all for a dynamite price! I had bought some rims from Rent-A-Tire and they couldn't help me out getting them on without rubbing or having them grind against the front knuckle, so I was having a bad problem trying to return my rims or at least sell them for what they are worth. Just a week ago a buddy of mine referred a to 602 AutoSports and they really helped me out a lot. They knew the solution to my problem. I have different tires front & back so it called for a special order for most places but these guys have a wide variety and extras in case someone like me or even you happens to need a certain kind. They do it all but in the case of tires they handled the situation kindly and assertive. I called, they answered right away, let me know prices, brands and anything i might have missed. They gave me a price and stuck to it when i got there. The wait time was pretty average bevause they many customers. The people are knowledgeable and got the job done right to the core. Tires mounted balanced and rotated and i have a sensor that they even got right and reset. My car is on all four wheels running strong thanks to them. Id recommend them for your tire needs. Totally incompetent! It took them 2 months to get 2 tires replaced under warranty, even after personally going in to check on the tires after 2 months it still took another 3 weeks. When they finally got the tires we were told it would take 2 hours to put them on since we didn't have an appointment and they were busy. We decided to give them 24 hours because we knew how busy they were. Came back the following day and the tires were STILL NEVER REPLACED!! Manager took no responsibility for the mix up and blamed it on a worker. Not any way to run a business!! We were also told that we would get a call the first time when we brought the damaged tires in, never got a call and waited 2 months. They also told us we would get a call when the tires were on. Think we got a call? Yeah, No! Will NEVER go back to this place again!!! read more
