Easter brunch menu. Such a good deal! Great food too!
    Tessa R.

This is for their Easter Brunch. 4/17/22 Overall the experience here was good. Pros: 1. Good food the mac salad was really delicious 2. Lots of food options and I think the menu was perfect. 3. Great deal for $29 an adult with the amount and quality of food you really can't go wrong! 4. We got to sit outside and they had a beautiful garden with grassy area that was great because my little ones got to run around while we ate 5. The Easter egg hunt and bunny photo op area was a nice touch 6. I like how the eggs didn't have candy. That was amazing! Thank you so much for putting toys, stickers, etc.. My son loves the slap wrist bracelet. Improvements: My only issue was with the organization of the Easter egg hunt 1. Give someone a microphone to calm the madness and get people in order. 2. Set a limit to how many eggs each child should have. I saw kids with over 70 eggs! It's totally selfish and greedy as to why a child should need that much and why the parents allowed that. 3. Don't allow older children to go and walk around opening eggs and marking where all the golden eggs are. There should be a little more monitoring of the area to prevent that. We will definitely be back to eat at the restaurant and hope they do another Easter egg brunch next year. It's truly a great value and my kids had a fun time! I know a lot of time and money went in to making this event and we really enjoyed it! Thank you! Very friendly servers even though I know they were extremely overwhelmed with the workload.

Unfortunately I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of food at this 604 location. 604 is known for its great food and hospitality. I don't know if it's because it is on the base. Here we go. John, my nephew and I decided to eat at 604 to celebrate his re-enlisting. We waited for aomwoke just to come initially seat us. Long wait. They weren't even that busy. Our server was super friendly. Helpful and she was working several tables. The food came. My fish was super over cooked, hash browns cold. Hubby's bowl was barely warm. While my nephews food was super hot. So I'm thinking that our food sat while waiting for Nephew's food to cook. I just asked for a to go box. I'd give my fish to Zeus our doggie. Guess what- Zeus didn't even want to fish. I'll stick to the other 604 locations next time. $75 wasted.

This place is so dope. Last time I was here it was in 2011-2014 and it was Kolekole Bar and Grill. I love the 604 name and the fact that it is remodeled. It feels like a sports bar and the staff is awesome. The burgers are juicy and succulent. The wings are crispy and full of flavor and the game day nachos is lit. Thank god Schofield kept this gem.

The food was disgusting. Only people at 3 tables and still took over an hour for our food. The wait staff are very nice. That is the only thing going for it. It was a Friday night and it was practically empty. Its because the food is gross.

This place has all the soldiers fooled. This is nothing but frozen/processed/fried food. A $14 boiled hotdog, a $20 premade hamburger patty and the smallest fried shrimp you could ask for. The DFAC puts out better food and you don't have to battle the slowest service this side of the island. They forgot 3 meals we ordered out of 6 total. Ended up just canceling rest of the orders and won't be back here.

We are fans of the 604 Restaurants so definitely wanted to try 604 Ale House. I guess we didn't do our research too well as we weren't expecting it to be a sports bar. It wasn't too busy so service was quick and our food came out nice and hot. We had the Deep Fried Pickles for our appetizer. They were tasty but a little too greasy. But we ate them all! I had the Garden Burger and upgraded to the onion rings. It was served on a nice taro roll and had lettuce, tomato, Avocado, an onion ring and their special sauce. It was very good but incredibly messy! My Husband had the crispy fried chicken sandwich which he enjoyed. I was disappointed that they didn't have coffee and we were thinking there would be regular plated meals, not just burgers, pupus & wings. Kids eat free on Wednesdays and they have a cute little logo shop. The employees we met were all really nice, we had a nice time overall. Looking forward to trying their weekend brunch.

Great & quick serivce. Half-off stellas during Monday night football, what more can you ask for? & the sliders were awesome!

We're so happy to have somewhere on Schofield where we can have a sit down lunch or dinner. Welcome 604! Portions are more than generous and the staff is so friendly you'll feel like you're in your home town.

First time here. Decided to take my nieces to dinner after a photoshoot. Been wanting to try this place since it is part of the 604 chain and it was a great experience, as always. Food was delicious and service was great! Our server tonight was Kinsey. She was sweet and attentive. It was a pretty slow night but I kind like the atmosphere. It is not a very big place at all unless they have outside seating that I am not aware of. The GB packer is the best! Ofcourse I had to try that one! GO PACK GO! and my bf had the Buffalo burger. It was good too. The garlic mayo and mushrooms in the GB burger sooooo flavorful! Ya'll gotta try to 604 shine also. It's a shot but you can sip if you want. Ask for a bucket of ice if you plan on wanting the drink over ice. We also tried the wings app. The wings I think are made in a type of karaage way but bone- in and it was so yuummmyyyy! Definitely will have that again!

It was good! For it to be located on base I feel it's a nice addition! We got a burger and sliders. We also tried the fried pickles. They all were good. Looking forward to going back to try other options on the menu! I'm really not a burger person..my only add would be like maybe a fish sandwich? Or chicken pasta. Just for the people who don't like "bar food" but worth the visit!

They have TVs and a pool table, and I saw some SERIOUS pool players when I was there, so that was a vibe too. The food is really good. The wings?? High, high, hiiiiigh. I don't know if chicken is imported to the island or what, but the price is CRAZY high.... I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was actually really good, BUT that wrap was so small. Of course they cut it in half, but each half was tiny. There's no way that was even a full 6-inch wrap before they cut it. Still stuffed and flavorful, just disappointing on the portion size. The French fries though? Really really good. I had them with my wrap and I enjoyed them a lot. Didn't get a pickle though, and I didn't even realize it was supposed to come with one until I came back the next day... I wish I had gotten that. The bartender was nice--it was a guy. Absolutely blown away…read more This place was recommended to my partner and I by multiple people so we put in the reservation. Upon arrival, we were asked for a password (which he could not find in his emails hot fortunately they gave us grace lol) then let in. The place was simply lit and each table had a literal gas lamp lighting the space. On the second floor there was a man playing the sax. It was SO gorgeous, Our waitress was great, we were easily influenced by all her suggestions and ended up getting a great meal. We started with drinks. My partner didn't hear her say that the bottom of the menu was "spirit forward" and ordered a VERY strong drink. It actually made for a very giggly and eventful dinner so it was a very happy mistake lol. I got the espresso martini. It was a little creamier than I expected but still tasted really good! I'd order again. Our first appetizer was the Wagyu carpaccio- topped with cilantro (the menu said dill but I saw/ tasted none), fried capers, and caviar. It was surprisingly light and refreshing, basically a meat salad. A beautiful start to our meal. Our second (yes, second) appetizer was the escargot and bone marrow. This was our personal star of the show. A complete 180 to the carpaccio. This was rich, heavy, and decadent. The tomato added a nice balance of acidity to counteract the fatty bone marrow. The escargot was cooked perfectly, no chew but soft and buttery. One of the best bites of my life. The salad it came with was just we needed with it. After this, there was quite a wait until our main entree. A fire dancer came, and danced on the bar counter. I'd say we waited a good 20 minutes until it came out. But we were only impatient because we had plans after dinner. Our main course, which we shared, was the King Arthur- beef Wellington with a side of crab legs. The crab did come out during our appetizers which I appreciated. I only ordered this because I never had beef Wellington before and really wanted to try it LOL, my partner said it was better than the one at hella kitchen! The waitress also talked us into ordering a side of Mac and cheese, and thank GOD she did. It came out piping hot and saucy. There was a slight note of truffle, but it wasn't overpowering, and a nice crust of cheese and breadcrumbs on top. Everything was delicious and generously portioned. You definitely get a bang for your buck. It's a hefty buck but it's so worth it.

It could have been a 5 stars experience if one of our servers didn't seem to rush things to clear up the tables. The corn was excellent and the ribeye was cooked really well. But the experience had some friction. The host stand felt unnecessarily rigid and disorganized. They would not seat us until the full party was physically standing there, even though the table was ready and the rest of our group was coming from parking. It left everyone awkwardly crowded up front with another party. Service was also slow. Drinks, napkins and basic follow up took too long. We ordered ribeyes and the knives didn't arrive until the steaks had already started cooling, which is a small thing that becomes a big thing when the kitchen actually did its part. The space is nice, but it gets hot and once it got darker the mosquitoes became a real problem. Bring repellent if you are going around sunset. Food wise, it was mixed but mostly good. The drinks were solid, the appetizers were strong and the ribeye was the best thing we ordered. The lobster salad was the weak point, more like boxed mixed greens with overcooked lobster than something worth ordering again. The kids' pizza felt frozen and heavy, but the kids were happy enough. I'd probably come back, but I'd come prepared. Mosquito repellent, patience with the front desk and realistic expectations on service.

Most -- if not all, of the cocktails are pre-fixed with BLA (Bar Leather Apron), and represent a collaboration with the named distillery. If you're fan of whiskey, you'll definitely have a difficult time picking only one. I ultimately ordered their "Take Warning" -- 2021 BLA Knob Creek BLA Single Barrel, Cynar, Carpano Antica, Mezcal, Bergamot Salt. Drinks here are not cheap -- averaging $20 to $25 per drink. Although my drink was very spirit forward, it still felt very well balanced. I appreciated the hint of smokiness from the mezcal that rounded out the end of a sip. Service here quick and friendly. When we received the check, a cute small chocolate snack was brought over as well, borrowed from the menu at Maze. Overall, I can see why Bar Leather Apron has earned so many accolades in its field. Definitely worth a stop by if you enjoy the art of mixology.
