Could I have an email, so that I could explain my issues more carefully -- so that they might be forwarded to the corporate office? Nope. There is no email available. And since all signage and such is handled by corporate, there's nothing to be done. As others have said, locally, Peoria's not far, has much better offerings, and generally has better service as well as better merchandise.

For work, I've had them add names to a plaque several times, and they've always done good work at a very reasonable price. I've also ordered T-shirts from them once or twice, and while those jobs weren't too demanding (simple text on a plain shirt, no graphics or anything), they had a good variety of font and color options, and again the prices were pretty reasonable. I have only two small issues with them, both of which have the same root cause. They have very limited hours, which can make it difficult to get over there even though they're just a few blocks away from my work. Stopping over there before or after work is almost never an option. The other issue is that there are times when they simply cannot take on a job, because they have too many jobs they've already accepted at busy times. For example, one time I wanted a custom T-shirt made as a Christmas gift, and ended up having to wait and do it as a birthday gift instead because they had too many orders over the holidays. Both of these issues are because of them being a small business with few employees, so I understand and am not mad. It's a simple fact though, that there will be times when you might want to give them business and you just can't. So you can choose to wait and do it later, or go somewhere else (which means not local, and probably paying more as well).
