I got back at 10:30 AM and noticed my truck was still in the same place.. receptionist behind the desk was flirting with a customer whose car was just worked on and told her she got $103 discount. So when she left, I said is my truck done he said no we've just been swamped this morning well why would they specifically tell me to come in early, and then take others ahead of me. However, the first place I went to told me it was "totaled" and that if I really wanted to, I could "buy it back" from the insurance company. Huh? Remember, this is my first ever wreck. I had not one clue! Thankfully, DENT BOYS were also on the list of go-sees so off I went. Justin patiently explained to this auto yard newbie what was truly meant by "totaled" and "buy back" but best of all; they brought me in UNDER the dreaded number so I didn't have to "buy back my car! My car, btw, is looking as it did when I first bought it over 10 years ago! AND they washed it, AND they added a new hubcap to replace its missing shoe all gratis! Made my day, it did!
