His technique is different than any other chiropractors I've seen. He doesn't massage and adjust the whole back. If you want that, go to a massage and then a DO. Dr. Pittman is an amazing chiropractor! I have been in Chiropractic care since I was 15yrs old, I'm in my late 40s now. I've had a few chiropractors over the years, some great, some not so great. My aunt and uncle are also chiropractors. With that said, I know a great chiropractor when I come across one. When I went to 620 Chiropractic, I was having severe back pain. I was in pain for about 6 months (I had recently moved to Texas and couldn't find a chiropractor I liked). I made an appointment after speaking with Hannah, who oversees the front office. I'm one of those self anointed super moms who spends her life taking care of everyone but herself. Kids clothes = on point, husband's appointments = made, myself = lucky to get lunch. Life had a funny way of changing my priorities when I got rear ended in a taxi cab on a work trip. Neck! Ouch! Back! Ouch! Shoulders! Ouch! Someone fix me! Divine powers intervened and landed me in the expert hands of Dr. Ryan Smith. He took the time to do a thorough exam to walk me through the damage that had been done in the accident and other issues I had from previous poor choices I make/made like terrible posture and motorcycle accidents and such. But never fear because Dr. Ryan is here! Super mom now in Super Doctor hands! He explained in detail the treatment he recommended and get this..... an end date target! True story, this was not going to be a perpetual thing that never ends. True to his treatment plan I was feeling like a new woman in no time. He is expert in his care and you will always feel comfortable and well cared for. After a couple sessions, the pain in my back, neck and shoulders from the wreck began to subside and I felt 'my normal' again. Reported to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and they followed up. Dr. told them he would contact us but DID NOT. We have now turned this over to the Blue Cross Blue Shield fraud department.
