These guys are awesome!!! We had them take us and pick us up from the airport. Even though our flight was delayed for 10 hours and we didn't get in until 2 am, Sunny was there to pick us up promptly. My experience was terrible. I made a reservation at least a week in advance, and these clowns did not show up at all. I called them multiple times the day of the reservation and no one answered or returned a call. I left many messages with them, and not one response. I still have not heard from them with an explanation or apology. That is no way to run a business. Do NOT use these folks. read more

I used this service for the first time. I had them take me and my family to the airport and back. I put in a inquiry online, then some guy named sunny called me back. It was confusing to know if they had our services confirmed because there was no email or text confirmation. I made sure to text them the night before to double check that they were showing up. Our car ride was weird... the guy was driving weird in town and very slow on the freeway. He wasn't friendly and never introduced himself or opened our doors. Also, he kept looking in the rear view mirror to spy on us which was weird. We asked him to turn on the radio and it took him a while to respond. When he did he put it to a station that we didn't ask for? When we returned from our trip I did the same thing to double check/reconfirm that they will pick us up at the airport. They arrived a little late, but I'll let it slide since it was probably traffic. Overall, they were there for what I scheduled, but their customer service needs some work. From pick up to drop off we were riding with class and able to enjoy the tastings to our fullest. (some of us a bit too much ha!)
