We purchased…read more$9602 worth of work in Mar 2022 which included taking out old trees and installation of 5 new trees. The day they came, we were waiting on the trees to be delivered and we purchased additional service for tree trimming that was not originally planned., All was well, we were happy, the guys were great, it was the start of a great relationship. However, we were having trouble with our Shumard oak and sent multiple pictures during the summer showing that it was in distress. They told me again how to water and what fertilizer to use and to let them know how it looked. It still did not improve and we contacted them again and they said that it may take some time to get the leaves to quit falling. I was not happy but they did not want to come look at it. Then when spring 2023 came, it was not producing buds and again I called and they said it was no longer under the one year warranty. As you can tell, I had pictures, emails and conversation and finally this is what they said. As a courtesy, we will give you a $400 credit to use how you want. You can purchase another tree (the original now dead tree cost me $2060), plus you will need to pay for delivery and installation of any new tree. Previous delivery was $250 plus $150 mileage plus sales tax so I am sure there would be charge for taking out the dead tree and installing the new tree. I don't consider this to be any kind of courtesy. I thought that I was going to be so happy to have found this company but now I am so disappointed. This purchase was made in Mar 2022 so it still gripes me for a company to not take care of of their customers. They came out to my property and gave me great suggestions for tree work and landscaping because I had no idea what would look good or be best suited for the area. Once the bigger jobs were done, they did an outstanding job mowing and getting my flowerbeds to look exactly as I had envisioned it. We hired Sharp Streaks to paint the interior of our home. They charged us 6K & please look at the…read morepics. After we saw that their initial job was terrible & they left our side door unlocked upon leaving, we reached out to them to fix the very obvious problems which was paint peeling, ZERO tying in of the walls to the ceiling as no tape was used whatever, and paint on our fixtures & floors, they came back out a 2nd time. Not only did they NOT fix any of the issue, they then got paint all over our fireplace flute, paint on the crown molding, & a space in the kitchen was completely missed & not painted, & they left our door unlocked the 2nd time! I texted to get just the cost of labor back as we now have to hire real professionals to come fix this & Nora argued with me that they can come back & fix it. FOR A THIRD TIME?! This is NOT a professional painting company!!! They did not give a SINGLE DIME BACK of 6K & this is the quality of their work. These ppl are nice to chat with but are clearly using cheap & unqualified laborers to do a poor job. There is NO EXCUSE for charging so much & then refusing to pay back even a portion to correct mistakes made after multiple attempts to fix it. Our bank USAA fully refunded us after I provided the pics. I am reporting them to the BBB & I hope they stop falsely advertising as professional painters. DO NOT PRETEND TO BE PROFESSIONAL PAINTERS WHEN YOU ARE CLEARLY NOT.

I had new gutters installed by my roofer 3 years ago due to a hail storm. I didn't have any say in who did them or a contact when I needed help. My gutters have been having rain runoff since installed...shouldn't gutters resolve that?!? I called Trent to discuss getting new gutters.
