This came up on Yelp as one of the few healthy spots in town, so I was excited to give it a try. From one of the previous reviews, I saw that it was located in a fitness center, so I was at least prepared for that. If not, I would've been very confused pulling up to the place since there is no physical sign to be seen from the outside. However, by the time I get there, around 5:30pm to grab a quick turkey wrap for dinner, the girl working at the counter tells me that they stop serving food at 2pm...... this would've been nice to know before I drove all the way over there. It was not indicated on the website or the menu. I still ordered a Jamocha drink, which was made with more ice than anything else. Overall, very disappointed.

I came in for few hours and ordered, Grande Earl Grey Black Tea. The staff are polite and greet you as you walk in the door or Drive Thru. Give the staff here a chance to make your order right. They've been greatly received since opening. So much so that they ran out of some items, last week. While you wait on your order, you can wait and enjoy the new Coffee Shop atmosphere. You can find one large leather bench against large windows, with plenty of outlets for your devices. Ten tables and twelve chairs. By the entrance, you can enjoy comfy, four black leather chairs. Outside you will find large patio with nine tables and eighteen chairs. Overall, staff did a wonderful job and the atmosphere is welcoming for both meet ups or getting work done. Special thanks to Aubrey, she's a store manager at Starbucks Hot Springs, off Central Ave. She has such a great personality. Passion for people and animals. I met her first time few weeks ago at another New Starbucks in Malvern, AR. (Opened 2024). As I was walking into the Malvern Starbucks, I saw Aubrey feeding a hungry black puppy outside and making sure she was hydrated enough with these hot months. This store is clean. They have plenty of checkout counters. They are friendly. When you're all…read morebagged up, they offer to carry your bags out to your car. On the floor, they have clerks that will assist you if you need to have help. The only thing that threw me off was the layout; which, I'd just about reverse of most stores. But that is not a big issue. Their pharmacy is top notch. I am from out of town, they were able to get my prescriptions from their sister store chain, Super 1, and fill them promptly.

The place is really organized too. One thing I love is that they walk out to the car with you to help you unload groceries then take your buggy! I would've given this place 4 stars if BUT when I got home to make a puff pastry it had expired in 2013...... Like are you kidding me? Thank God I checked the date before using it.
